8036823: Stack trace sometimes shows 'locked' instead of 'waiting to lock' Summary: Add a ! owner check for 'waiting to lock' to catch current_pending_monitor corner cases. Reviewed-by: dcubed, dholmes, sspitsyn, kmo, zgu
